Get in touch

We built CalcOrchard to give you honest answers to real questions. If a calculator is wrong, an article is unclear, or there's a tool you wish we had — we want to hear about it.

Send us an email

The fastest way to reach us is by email:

[email protected]

We read every message. For most inquiries we reply within a few business days.

What to include

  • Reporting an error in a calculator? Please share the URL, the inputs you used, the result you got, and the result you expected. That lets us reproduce the issue in seconds.
  • Suggesting a new calculator? Tell us what problem you're trying to solve — that helps us design a tool that actually helps, not just one that exists.
  • Requesting a correction in an article? A link to the article and a citation for the correct figure is ideal.
  • Advertising or partnership inquiries? Include your company, the calculator or topic you're interested in, and a rough timeframe.

What we can't help with

A few things we're honest about up front:

  • Personal financial advice. Our calculators estimate — we can't tell you whether to buy a specific house, take a specific job, or invest in a specific stock. For that, a licensed financial advisor is the right call.
  • Medical or legal advice. Same principle. Our health calculators use published formulas but they're not a diagnosis.
  • Custom calculations. We build tools that work for lots of people. If you need a bespoke spreadsheet, we're not the right resource.

Other ways to help us improve

Beyond email, the most useful thing you can do is share a calculator when it helps you — with a friend, in a forum, in a Slack channel where it fits. That's how we grow, and it's how more people find honest answers instead of the tenth site full of pop-ups.

About the site

For background on what CalcOrchard is and how we work, see the About page. For how we handle your data, see the Privacy Policy.

CalcOrchard provides educational tools and general information. The calculators here estimate results based on the numbers you enter and the assumptions built in — they are not a substitute for personalised financial, medical, legal, or professional advice.
